Target Heart Rate
Everyone should know their Target Heart Rate
You can calculate as follows:
220 - your Age = your Max Heart Rate
You should not go above that rate while working out
220 - your Age x .65 = ------
220 - your Age x .85 = ------
These two numbers are the Zone for your Target Heart Rate. This is where you burn the most fat and your workout is most effective.
